Built in 1950 and reimagined for today, the 4,000 square foot home contains 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a living room which opens to a lanai, and a family room which opens to a rear deck.
The second floor houses the primary bedroom with patio, the office/sitting room, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
There is a bedroom on the main level, and on the street level there is a privately entered unit with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting room.
In total, there are 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, a single bed, and one daybed. Split unit air conditioning systems service each room.
The living spaces offer mid-century aesthetic with furnishings from Roche Bobois, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Room and Board, CB2, as well as original pieces by Poul Cadovius, Eames, Broyhill Brasilia and Herman Miller. The kitchen is appointed with a state-of-the-art Miele induction stove and oven, JennAir appliances, is completely accessorized, and includes reverse osmosis water filtration.
Standard amenities include three large flat screen TVs, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, a Sonos speaker system, a fully appointed kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, Simmons Black Series mattresses, Luxury Hotel Collection Frette linens, and Loma Conscientious Organic Personal Care Products.

Beaches are a quick walk or bike ride away. If surfing is your passion, pick one of a hundred breaks between nearby Black Point up to Ala Moana. The Waikiki Aquarium is a 15-minute walk and world famous Hanauma Bay is a 25-minute scenic drive away. Scuba tours are available out of Honolulu harbors, Haleiwa, and Ko’Olina.
